Returns Policy

1. Right to Cancel

You have 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to cancel your order for any reason (unless exempt – see below).

2. Return Window

For non-faulty items:

  • We extend your return period to 30 days from receipt
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with tags attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customised/personalised products
  • Unsealed software/media

Refunds Process

1. Approved Returns

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process refunds within 14 days of receipt or proof of return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account

2. Deductions

We may deduct amounts if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging is missing
  • You opted for enhanced shipping services

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We’ll refund return postage only if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If items are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Damaged in transit

  • Arrange a free return and full refund
  • Send a replacement (if available)
  • Repair the item (where possible)

Return Shipping

1. UK Returns

  • You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend:
    • Royal Mail Signed For service
    • Keeping proof of postage
    • Insuring high-value items

2. International Returns

  • Customers outside UK are responsible for:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Any customs charges
    • Original delivery costs (non-refundable)
